After posting my last page, I found out a few things about digital scrapbooking that I didn't know so I wanted to put together a page to have printed off. That way I can see what it looks like in person and decide if this is the route I'd like to go. However, it also gives me a good start for actually getting my photographs down on a page. Not only do I know how I want to crop the photo, but I know where I want the page elements to be. I made this page in about 10 minutes from start to finish. I used a free scrapkit from Two Peas In a Bucket. At Colin's birthday we requested that he get outside toys because the inside of our house is overrun with the ones he has, or that he get clothes since he is growing so quickly. A lot of people attending opted to bring him clothes. After opening a few presents Colin exclaimed "What is this? A clothes party!". That of course got him a lot of laugther and each present that contained clothes from that point on got the same comment.
I'll be back later with some actual papercrafting projects, but I wanted to try out another page.
